  I would highly recommend Dr Rafla. I always felt comfortable with her and I could always say exactly what I wanted. I always felt important when I was in an appointment with her and never felt like I had to rush.

  Upon some of the not so good reviews so far still an excellent reception experience for my appointment booking at Kawana Family Clinic. Mitch was kind, understandable, great attitude and problem-solving(ask for Mitch...guy). Also, Dr Mackenzie was wonderful with great knowledge and many years of experiences to be my GP very much appreciated! Highly recommended.

  I have been a patient at this medical Centre for over 10 years I had a severe elbow reconstruction which impacted my ability to be able to play sport and also do certain jobs e.g. construction trade because of the injury I spoke to Sue R who works at the front desk and I wanted to get a medical certificate because I recently moved to Brisbane over the last 10 years I have seen my doctor to get this exact same certificate over 20 times with no issue For some reason she could not help me out she said that there was no way they could provide the certificate in my opinion I have no idea why that would be the case considering this doctor was the person that deal with the injury I do not recommend this place to anyone and I encourage you to find any other medical Centre on the Sunshine Coast these people do not care about you and have absolutely no empathy in my opinion should be an easy process for someone Who had attended this medical Centre for over 10 years // My Recommendation SUE.R The Manger who worked at The front desk SHOULD NOT BE A MANGER.

  Good Luck to anyone who is planning to make this clinic their go to clinic,
  Wait times to see a DR can be >90mins sometimes more,
  the receptionists and DR,s would like you to believe that,s because there is emergencies ( life saving ) events regularly occurring at this specific clinic,
  Even though there is a hospital with an emergency dept a few kilometres away in Birtinya,
  No receptionist or DR in this clinic values the time of any patient in this place, it seems as though they all still live in the 1800,s where the medical profession is very Special and the rest of us don't really matter especially our Time,
  I've been coming here for a couple of years and it has never changed and they have no intention of changing, yesterday afternoon Wednesday 11th of August 2021 was the last time for me waited & waited & waited then just got up and walked out and went home, I did not waste my time asking how much longer I would need to wait, ( this lot are not worth it ).

  derogatory and rude staff. wish there was a -1 star option for the amount of chances I've given this place to change. Got a cold and need a phone consult but its been 4 days over a year from your last visit? nope, your expected to go spread it at the practice. Only reason to go back is Dr Krish. Best doctor you'll ever come across. place is the biggest joke you'll ever see.
