  Waste of time
  Went to get prices for 4 person trip to UK. Agent had
  no interest. Rather than look up flights she just told us
  Airline names Emirates, Eihad,Qatar that might have
  flights. She told us that the transfer from Doha to
  Dubai was 40 mins when it's 6 hours. Abu Dhabi to
  Dubai is 40 mins. We gave her dates and details,
  promised a call back still waiting 18 days later. Clearly
  10k trip is of no interest to this company. It is
  disappointing that this local travel company cannot
  provide a positive customer experience. Use another
  company that wants and deserves your business.

  Best Travel Agent on the Sunshine Coast!
  Craig is a Japan ski trip EXPERT & I had a fantastic trip.
  My Brisbane based girlfriend had warned me that they did a Japan holiday last year but had booked themselves - it cost a fortune + had lots of glitches. I found my trip really affordable & so well organised that I can highly recommend you go through Craig. He has so much experience / personal travel history to draw from & is generous with his knowledge.
  Thank you for genuinely caring about my travel & making the whole trip easy & enjoyable, am very grateful. I'll be in soon to book the next one....hear you have all the Europe tips as well! D

  Had a fairly complex itinerary to Europe which involved airfares, two tours and hotel bookings in between, which I planned myself and took to Michelle at Helloworld Kawana. No problems! She was always insightful and knowledgeably and arranged everything as requested. Left me with reassurance that all would go smoothly with rebooking my dream Tour which had been previously cancelled due to Covid restrictions.

  Helloworld kawana shopping centre is a terrible business. Do not trust Craig
  They will take your money, tell you things to make you think they are trustworthy
  They are not
  When they take your money and you don't receive your product, they will put you through hell to get your money back
  We are still trying to get our money back from a trip in December 2022
  Do not deal with the store
  Please don’t use this travel agency!!! We are still trying to get our money back after the Helloworld Kawana owner Craig booked us into accommodation in New York in December, on arrival late at night we found that the motel they had booked us into had been closed to the public for several months & we were advised that our travel agency would definitely been advised of this.
  So we were left at 10pm at night out in the freezing cold (-minus temperatures) with no where to stay, not dressed to spend the night out in the cold & everything else obviously booked out as it was the week before Christmas. We have tried to get our money back, but they do not reply to our emails & when we phone them we are advised that the owner Craig (who we booked through) is not in today, despite being able to hear him talking quite clearly in the background. We would not recommend them at all!!! PLEASE DONT USE THEM - THEY ARE FAR TOO RISKY, it’s looking like we’ve lost considerable money by trusting them
