  Can highly recommend Safeguard for all your Pest Control including termite protection. Just installed a termite reticulation system with products supplied by them & the system charged by them giving us 5+ years protection. Also has a general pest control done at the same time. Our operator David Bennett has a friendly, knowledgeable & professional manner .

  Big thanks to Tracy and Alana. Safeguard are professional, know their stuff and are flexible to work with. The first time in years that I feel I have received the right service in this area. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again to Tracy - he is fabulous.

  I had safeguard for pest control in January.
  In 2 months time, alive cockroaches was seen in the house.
  I had to call them twice in 6 months time.
  And I was told by safeguard that the chemical they used is EXACTLY the same as other company.
  The lady told me, that “The reason that there is still cockroaches in my house after treatment is that someone had brought the cockroaches into the house .?!?!? 2 times ?? Really.
  And it has nothing to do with their service and treatment.
  
  I originally had other pest control company , and I didn’t see a cockroach for a year.
  
  And a re-treatment with safeguard , it will cost at least $100. So DONT BELIEVE the guarantee and 100% satisfaction they posted on the website.
  They will just blame on the customers.
  My house is always well maintained, clean and tidy.
  I guess I will just go back to my original pest control company since they use the same chemicals. And it worked well with just ONE treatment.
  Just put on a photo of my house, and a live cockroach was found there .

  Outstanding customer service and support from the moment I phoned the office to the pest control tech (Matt) who attended my property. Matt helped clarify many questions I had and was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Highly recommend Safeguard.

  Great company who actually does what they promise. We spent a while researching companies to use for termite management and protection, and deciding to try Safeguard. We don’t regret it. No fuss, professional, no drama and the services are effective. I haven’t had to follow them up once with regards to maintenance appointments. Great value for money as far as we are concerned.
