  I attended the Kawana Waters Woolworths Sunday 4th December 2016 to do my grocery shopping, after arriving home I discovered that I had left a bag containing my 2- trays of Rump Steak. I had a few things to do at home before driving back to the store. On arrival I spoke to lady at customer service which then engaged another lady to take care of it. To which I am then informed that nothing has been recorded. The lady continually asked if I was sure and then rudely asked if I forgot bags often. No I do not make a habit of leaving bags behind and was totally offended by the insinuation that I did!!
  
  It may not have been recorded but as I said the lady behind me has obviously got the free steak that I paid for. I very rarely buy any steak due to the fact of the price and I am a single but full time working mum and yesterday was going to be a treat for my children and myself. Anyway the lady refused to even replace one tray of steak. I am totally disappointed with not only the service by this store but the Christmas spirit
